FAQs

Where do you ship to? 
We ship within Australia only to VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD and SA. Unfortunately we can not ship to WA, NT or TAS due to quarantine laws and restrictions.

How much is shipping? 
Shipping is $18 flat rate. This includes packing materials, box and care sheet. All orders are posted via express post.

Can I pick up?
Yes! if you would like to pick up, simply select the 'pick up' option at the checkout. I will then contact you via the email and/or phone number you provided to arrange a date and time for you to pick up your order!

Where are you located?
We are located in Lilydale, Victoria, 3140.

When do you ship your plants?
We ship our orders out on Mondays and Tuesdays only, this is to ensure that your plants do not get held at the sorting facilities over the weekend and spend the least amount of time in transit. Any orders placed on Monday or Tuesday will be sent the following week.

When will I receive my order?
Orders will usually arrive within 1 to 5 business days of being shipped, however please keep in mind expected delivery time frames are an estimate and not guaranteed. Once orders are in the hands of Australia Post it is out of our control as to when they will arrive. Once your order has been shipped you will be sent a shipment confirmation email with your tracking details. 

Will I get a tracking number?
You will receive your tracking number via  the email provided once we post your plants.

My tracking number isn’t working: 
If your tracking number isn’t working, please contact us with your order number and we will ensure that you are given the correct tracking number.

I didn't receive a confirmation email:
Please ensure that the contact details you provided during check out ie. email and/or phone number are correct. If they are correct please check your spam or junk mail, if you still can’t find the confirmation email please contact us via our email, Facebook or Instagram.

I forgot to pay for shipping!
If you got a little too excited and forgot to select the 'shipping' option at the checkout, please contact us through Facebook, Instagram or email and state the name you provided for the order and the order number. We will then arrange a method of payment for you. 
 
Can I add to my order and combine shipping?
Of course! if you would like to add to your order and combine shipping, go a head and place another order with the plants you wish to add and leave a note under the 'Add a note to your order' heading informing us that you would like to add this to your previous order, please also provide the previous order number. Then select the 'pick up' option at the check out, however please keep in mind postage fees are based of size and amount, you may be asked to pay for extra shipping to cover the additional cost. To ensure that we know you would like to add plants to your order, send us a message though Facebook, Instagram or email as well.
